Returns Policy

We cannot offer any refunds unless faulty due to hygiene reasons and any returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase. We would also recommend that you sterilise all jewellery before wearing.

Shipping & Handling

Our items are sent first class and for free of charge. UK based customers will normally receive their orders in 1 to 5 working days and customers from outside of the UK can expect to receive their orders in no more than 28 days.

Payment Types

We will only accept GBP via PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, then not to worry as PayPal also take payments from most common card types.
